Rajasthan is India at its most vibrant. Epic forts to colourful festivals but how does one begin to navigate and learn about a culture to experience more than a surface-level encounter of the casual tourist? This was the conundrum I found myself in while bouncing along in the back of a tuktuk within my first day there.
It is human nature to be endlessly fascinated by the people around you, their stories and their experiences. To immerse yourself is to engage. A click of the shutter does nothing if you have not communicated with the other human beyond the lens.
